B-Western Style Custom Stag Grips 

Please read the following section in its entirety:  

These
grips WILL FIT ANY of the Ruger revolvers with the Bisley style
gripframe.

Please
note that these revolvers will be marked New Model "Blackhawk", “Super
Blackhawk”, “Vaquero”, “New Vaquero”, or “Single Six” on the frame, but
incorporate Ruger’s Bisley style
gripframe, which is a different shape than the standard “plowhandle” style grip
normally found on these revolvers.  Please
see the picture above to note the difference, and check your revolver and make
sure you have the Bisley style gripframe for these to fit properly.  Please note that these WILL NOT FIT the
“Plowhandle” style gripframes.  If you
have the Plowhandle shape, please see our other listings in our store for the
proper grips, or email us if you need help if you cannot find what you need.

Note that
Ruger has used several technical variations on their Bisley gripframes over the
years.  Some have special machining
requirements.  Our Ruger Bisley grips are
machined to fit ALL VERSIONS
of Ruger’s Bisley gripframes, both blued and stainless.  These grips incorporate all of the necessary milling
cuts for proper, “no hassle” fit.

Arizona Custom Grips

Handcrafted on an individual Custom basis out
of Magna-Tusk™,
our solid,
dense proprietary substrate which is formulated out of natural materials for an
authentic look and feel, and which yields a finished product which is the
ultimate rendition of the classic stag grips of the golden era of Westerns.   Better
materials and our proprietary pigmenting process yields a finished product
better than the originals.  These grips
are milled from a solid slab and are not cast. 
This avoids the inclusions, air pockets, and most importantly the cheap
"cast plastic" look found in the urethane and other imitation
materials commonly available.  Like
natural grips, with use and handling over time they will form an authentic patina
and will only improve with age.  They look
better, age better, and perform better. 
And perhaps best of all, these grips are made entirely in the U.S.A.!

"B-Western":

These
"B-Western" Style Custom grips are hand-carved one-at-a-time in
recognition of one of America's most outstanding and lasting cultural
achievements of the 20th century -- the "B-Western." Styled after the
grips seen on the revolvers of classic Hollywood Westerns of the 1930's to the
1960's (the "golden era of Hollywood Westerns"), these grips were
featured in numerous Western productions both on Television and on the Silver
Screen. Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Rifleman, Rawhide, The Virginian, and many
others too numerous to mention, all took America back to a simpler time and
place. Times have changed, but the lessons and values of that unforgettable
period still have a place in the hearts of millions of Americans and many other
Western fans throughout the world who appreciate the enduring contribution to
our culture and society made by the unique and colorful characters of the Old
West.

These grips

Arizona Custom Stag™  looks, feels, and ages like the genuine
product, with durability far exceeding Ivory (Ivory is a relatively fragile
material, which often cracks under stress and age).  Magna-Tusk™, our Premier Grade product used
in these grips, is filled with natural materials, and works and polishes as
well as looks like the real thing. It takes carving with superior detail and
definition, and accurately captures that authentic, weathered, deep, dark
chocolate brown/black color in the bark pattern sought after by stag
collectors. With age, it develops a soft, mellow patina which makes it
indistinguishable from the more expensive and fragile product.

These grips
are used in professional applications where only the best will do.  We have supplied these grips to Hollywood and

authenticity.  We cut no corners, and
make every grip with the intention of it being a grip which will last a

included with all grips.  As with all
Single Action grips, minor fitting may be, but is not usually, required due to
