grips WILL FIT the following Ruger revolvers:

● Ruger New Vaquero

Note: These will fit the
New Vaqueros which have a serial number with a three-digit prefix (e.g.,
512-XXXXX).  If your Vaquero has a two-digit
serial number prefix (e.g., 55-XXXXX), you have an “Old” Vaquero and these
grips will NOT fit.  Also, please note
that these will NOT fit the .44 Magnum Caliber New Vaquero.  Please contact us if you have one of these
and we will make sure you get the correct grip.

● Montado

● “Flattop” Blackhawks
-- (Note: will NOT fit the “Standard” Blackhawks.  See below)

Note:
If your Blackhawk revolver has a “Flattop” top strap, these grips WILL
fit.  This includes the 50^th
Anniversary Ruger Blackhawks, and many of the 44 Special
Blackhawks.  Please see the photo above to make sure you have a “Flattop” top strap
and not a “Standard” top strap.  Please
also note that if your Blackhawk was made prior to 1963, you will require
special grips, so please contact us for availability, or send us your serial
number if you are unsure.

Note: these will NOT fit: the “Original” Vaquero (with the two-digit
serial number prefix), the “Standard” topstrap Blackhawks (these will ONLY fit
the “Flattop” topstrap Blackhawks as noted above), the Single Six, Single
Seven, Single Nine, and Single Tens, the Old Army, the Wrangler, any of the
Super Blackhawks, or if your gripframe is the Birdshead or Bisley style.  If you have any of these, these will NOT
fit.  If you are unsure, please contact
us for the proper grips.  We are always
happy to help.

high-grade, high density ivory material designed from the beginning as a premium,
high-strength grip material.  Vastly
superior to standard bonded ivory or stag found on most factory and other
aftermarket grips, Magna-Tusk™ is capable of withstanding the heaviest recoil
and impact, and is the toughest alternative grip material available today,
while still retaining the pristine look of real ivory or stag.  It is
rock-solid, stable, and water, chemical, and oil resistant.  It is
flame and heat resistant, and is entirely void-free, with over 10x the
strength, durability, and impact resistance of alternative materials.  Unlike
with real ivory or stag, there is no routine care and maintenance involved,
with no danger of it drying out and cracking if not maintained properly or if
left in the heat.  It is filled with premium natural compounds to
produce outstanding aesthetic properties and mechanical
performance.  When aged with our natural aging process, it takes on
the equivalent of a 100-year-old patina, with subtle grain details which many
experts cannot tell apart from the real thing.  In addition, the material
has a fine grain structure, which holds intricate detail for carvings, artistic
relief work, etc., found on many historic grips.
