These grips WILL FIT the following Ruger revolvers:

● Ruger New Vaquero

Note: These will fit the New Vaqueros which have a serial number with a three-digit prefix (e.g., 512-XXXXX).  If your Vaquero has a two-digit serial number prefix (e.g., 55-XXXXX), you have an “Old” Vaquero and these grips will NOT fit.  Also, please note that these will NOT fit the .44 Magnum Caliber New Vaquero.  Please contact us if you have one of these and we will make sure you get the correct grip.

● “Flattop” Blackhawks -- (Note: will NOT fit the “Standard” Blackhawks.  See below)

Note: If your Blackhawk revolver has a “Flattop” top strap, these grips WILL fit.  This includes the 50^th Anniversary Ruger Blackhawks, and many of the 44 Special Blackhawks.  Please see the photo above to make sure you have a “Flattop” top strap and not a “Standard” top strap.  Please also note that if your Blackhawk was made prior to 1963, you will require special grips, so please contact us for availability, or send us your serial number if you are unsure.

Note: these will NOT fit: the “Original” Vaquero (with the two-digit serial number prefix), the “Standard” topstrap Blackhawks (these will ONLY fit the “Flattop” topstrap Blackhawks as noted above), the Single Six, Single Seven, Single Nine, and Single Tens, the Old Army, the Wrangler, any of the Super Blackhawks, or if your gripframe is the Birdshead or Bisley style.  If you have any of these, these will NOT fit.  If you are unsure, please contact us for the proper grips.  We are always happy to help.
