Brand New, unused grips for the Standard Manufacturing Single Action Army revolvers.  We have grips to fit the Standard Mfg. Single Action Army revolvers.  These grips will also work on frames made for one-piece grips (if your existing grips do not have a screw).  See the note below about the information you need to send us immediately after making the purchase, so we can get you the proper grip, depending on which revolver you have. 

Please note that these are ONLY for Standard Mfg. revolvers, and WILL NOT FIT any of the Colt SAA’s, Italian Clones, Rugers, etc.  We make grips for these other revolvers as well, so please see our store if you have a different model, or drop us an email if you cannot find what you need.  We are always happy to help.

 Hand cut in the famous John Wayne Fingergroove style featured in many of his most famous Westerns, such as True Grit, The War Wagon, The Cowboys, and is used by his most famous character "Rooster Cogburn".  These grips are made out of our exclusive Magna-Tusk™ Ivory, then aged to perfection -- the highest quality grips of their type ever available.  

About our exclusive Magna-Tusk™ “Hi-Grade” Ivory Grips:

Magna-Tusk™ Ivory grips, an exclusive of Arizona Custom Grips, are manufactured out of a super high-grade, ultra-high density Ivory material developed exclusively for our premium grip production.  Vastly superior to standard bonded ivory found on factory and other aftermarket Ivory grips, Magna-Tusk™ is capable of withstanding the heaviest recoil and impact, and is the toughest alternative ivory material available today, while still retaining the pristine look of real ivory.  It is completely rock-solid, stable, and water, chemical, and oil resistant.  It is flame and heat resistant, and is entirely void-free, with over 10x the strength, durability, and impact resistance of alternative materials.  Unlike with real ivory, there is no routine care and maintenance involved, with no danger of it drying out and cracking if not maintained properly or if left in the heat.  It is filled with premium natural and synthetic compounds to produce outstanding aesthetic properties and mechanical performance.  When aged with our exclusive aging process, it takes on the equivalent of a 100-year-old patina, with subtle grain details which many experts cannot tell apart from the real thing.  In addition, the material has a fine grain structure, which holds intricate detail for carvings, imitation stag, etc., found on many historic grips.  

These grips are slowly aged using a special process employing concentrated UV light (the essential aging property in natural sunlight), in addition to heat and pressure in a special controlled high oxygen-rich environment which accelerates the aging process.  Unlike a painted surface, our patina actually extends below the surface, into the grip material itself.  Not only does it look better to begin with, but will not chip, crack, or peel, like superficially applied surfaces.

The result is nothing short of spectacular -- an outstanding, authentic, genuine aged surface without a 100-year wait.

With our exclusive aging process, these grips are outstanding right out of the box, and will continue to improve and patina over time.  The more these grips are handled and used, just like with real Ivory, the better they look!
